Our Operations and Training Team continues to provide on-site support and guidance for a minimum of seven days from opening to ensure you and your staff become proficient as St. Louis Bar and Grill business builders. Opening marketing promotions are also planned and organized by our team to increase consumer awareness within your local trade area.

  • Ongoing Assistance and Operations Support:  As you continue your efforts to develop and grow your business, we continue to provide guidance on the daily conduct of business, stock control, food preparation and staff management.
    Our Area Manager makes frequent visits, conducts performance evaluations, QSC assessments and prepares in-depth reports to guide you and your management team as you strive to achieve and maintain the highest levels of service and financial performance.
    These components are imperative to the preservation of St. Louis Bar and Grill’s high standards in customer satisfaction, sales growth and cost control; ensuring the St. Louis brand is represented in a consistent and reputable manner.
  • Menu Development and Purchasing:  Together with our Purchasing Department, our Menu Development Team is in constant search of menu items to compliment signature products featured on the core menu. Through research, analysis and constant dialogue with suppliers, the Team stays current on top of industry trends and new product lines.

We test and evaluate all prospective menu additions to ensure products are operationally friendly, cost effective and consistent with the St. Louis Bar and Grill brand prior to their implementation on the core menu.  St. Louis Franchise Limited embraces and encourages franchisees and kitchen staff to be part of this process by exploring new ideas, creating recipes and working with our Team to test and analyze the viability of all new menu items.

The Purchasing department ensures that highest quality products are available chain-wide and secures the most economical price points for these items. All food and beverage products are purchased through St. Louis Franchise Limited ‘Preferred Vendors’ to ensure consistency and quality.
