The minimum amount of unencumbered capital required to open a St. Louis Bar and Grill Franchise is $300,000 - $350,000. The Initial Franchise Fee is $40,000 and construction costs average $425,000 - $550,000. The Royalty Rate is set at 6% of gross weekly sales, and the National Marketing Fund is set at 1-3% of gross weekly sales.

  2. Upon review of the completed application along with a preliminary credit review, you will be invited to begin the interview process.
  3. Upon conditional approval you will be presented with St. Louis Franchise Limited's full Disclosure Documents for review by yourself and your lawyer / business advisor. The Disclosure period, in accordance with the Arthur Wishart Act, is 14 days.
  4. Following the Disclosure review a deposit of $10,000 is required to move into the next phase of Credit Verification and Franchise Agreement documentation.
  5. You will be invited to participate in a two-day Operational Exposure session in a corporate restaurant.
  6. Upon approval of the Franchise Agreement the balance of the Franchise Fee becomes due.
  7. Site selection/negotiations commence.
  8. Commencement of Training Program.
  9. Welcome to the St. Louis Family.
