Ranging in professional business backgrounds as diverse as real estate to banking to multinational foodservice companies, these individuals all have one thing in common: an eagerness to learn and adopt the ideas that make St. Louis Bar and Grill restaurants a success.

On the corporate level, we uphold this diversity among our franchisee partners as a point of strength, fostering a truly cooperative environment where the input of our operators on every area of restaurant operations is encouraged. In fact, at St. Louis Franchise Limited, we uphold a "No Empowered By-Standers" rule whereby a fundamental expectation of each and every franchisee partner is to actively engage and be involved in the development process of our brand, including special promotions, menu offerings and advertising campaigns.

To facilitate our vision of a family, we䴜ve developed a variety of forums designed to promote the free flow of information, the valuable exchange of ideas and on-going communication between franchisees and head office; all of which are designed to create opportunities for the development of business strategies that benefit each franchise location.

 At our Annual Franchisee Conference, we invite our franchisees, their families, their key support staff, suppliers and associates to participate in round table discussions and group workshops led by various industry experts. The objective of the conference is to facilitate open discussions about day-to-day operational challenges, the sharing of problem solving techniques, group-consensus on direction of marketing initiatives and the development of new ideas for the organization to explore as a whole.

Active participation by each member of our franchisee family is further achieved through the Franchisee Advisory Council. This group consists of St. Louis Bar and Grill franchise operators elected by their peers to serve as ambassadors of the St. Louis Bar and Grill brand. The group is mandated to garner the feedback of franchise operations, their service staff and customers to ensure that every voice within our organization is heard.

On a broader community level, we remain committed to our vision of creating a truly family culture.  When a member of our St. Louis family was affected with the immense challenges of raising a child with autism, we responded by developing the St. Louis Bar and Grill Annual Golf Tournament to raise funds for a local charity in support of this cause close to our hearts.  Through our partnership with Shining Through Centre for Autism, we have been able to fulfill their vision of providing meaningful education and support to families coping with the challenges of raising a child with Autism.

These initiatives are among many and speak to the core of the St. Louis Bar and Grill Guiding Principle: the belief that every interaction is meaningful and every time we initiate a positive reaction from a customer, colleague or supplier, we not only enhance our brand image but we enrich ourselves, each other, our patrons and the franchise family as a whole!
