CALIFORNIA QUINOA SALAD
Freshly chopped lettuce mix blended with quinoa and dried cranberries and tossed in a sweet chili poppy seed dressing. Topped with a chipotle mango grilled chicken breast, fresh cucumber, sliced red pepper, jalapeño straws and goat cheese.
