      BUILD YOUR NETWORK

When unexpected problems arise, focus on solutions, rather than getting upset that you couldn’t prevent them. Don’t micro-manage, or your franchise will suffer for it. And finally, don’t be afraid to fly by the seat of your pants once in a while, and make decisions that don’t have a guaranteed outcome. Testing the waters is a great way to find out what works, and what doesn’t. The best franchisees are flexible, and open to change.
