WINGSANITY CONTEST
OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS (the “OFFICIAL RULES”)

SPONSOR AND CONTEST ENTITIES
This Contest is sponsored by St. Louis Franchise Limited (“St. Louis”). “Contest Entities” includes St. Louis, its subsidiaries and affiliates, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, and all others involved in the development, production, administration, or execution of the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY AND CONTEST AREA
The Contest is open only to legal residents of Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island (“PEI”), and New Brunswick (the “Eligible Jurisdictions”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law and outside the Eligible Jurisdictions.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, franchisees, affiliates, and any Contest Entities, and persons living in the same household as any of the foregoing, are not eligible to participate or win.

CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on or about June 26, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 3, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). All times are ET.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.

HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY

5.1 Weekly Qualification (Purchase-Based Entry)
During each weekly qualifying period, the participant at each participating location who consumes the highest number of wings will be designated a “Weekly Champion” and will receive one (1) entry into that location’s prize draw.

In the event of a tie, all tied participants will be designated Weekly Champions and each will receive one (1) entry.

There are five (5) weekly qualifying periods. Those qualifying periods are as follows:

June 26, 2026 – July 5, 2026

July 6, 2026 – July 12, 2026

July 13, 2026 – July 19, 2026

July 20, 2026 – July 26, 2026

July 27, 2026 – August 3, 2026

5.2 Secondary Prize Draw
At the end of the weekly qualifying periods, one (1) winner per participating location will be randomly selected from among all Weekly Champions at that location to receive a Secondary Prize (“Free Wings for a Year”).

5.3 Mail-In Entry
To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth on a plain sheet of paper and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Must be received by August 3, 2026.

GRAND PRIZE ELIGIBILITY
All Weekly Champions from all locations and all eligible mail-in entries will be entered into the Grand Prize draw.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

PRIZES

7.1 Secondary Prizes
Eighty-one (81) Secondary Prizes are available. Each consists of a “Free Wings for a Year” booklet containing fifty-two (52) coupons, each redeemable for one (1) 8-piece order of World Famous Wings (Original, Dusted, Boneless, or Plant-Based. Includes Signature Golden Fries and Famous Garlic Dill Sauce), subject to availability. Secondary Prizes valued at approximately $1040CAD.

7.2 Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize consists of “Free Wings for Life,” awarded as twenty-five (25) annual booklets totaling 1,300 coupons, each redeemable for one (1) 8-piece order of World Famous Wings (Original, Dusted, Boneless, or Plant-Based. Includes Signature Golden Fries and Famous Garlic Dill Sauce) at a St. Louis Bar & Grill location of the winner’s choosing, subject to availability. Grand Prize valued at approximately $26,000CAD.

Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions except at the sole discretion of St. Louis. Taxes and additional costs are the winner’s responsibility.

PRIZE DRAW
Draws will occur on or about August 5, 2026. One (1) Secondary Prize winner per location will be selected. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from all entries.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIM
Winners will be contacted by email between 9:00 a.m. ET and 5:00 p.m. ET on or about August 12, 2026.

Winners must respond by 8:59 a.m. ET on August 13, 2026 or may be disqualified and an alternate selected.

SKILL-TESTING REQUIREMENT
Winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

ODDS OF WINNING
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
St. Louis may disqualify any entrant who tampers with or violates these Official Rules. Entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, or non-compliant are void.

St. Louis may cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if necessary.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Entrants release St. Louis and Contest Entities from all liability related to participation or prize use.

Entrants waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), or TikTok.

PRIVACY
Personal information is used only for Contest administration.

GOVERNING LAW
This Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.

CONFLICT
If there is any conflict between these Official Rules and promotional materials, these Official Rules govern.
